Hi, I'm Lala!

We are your go-to Personal Training and Pilates studio in the Peninsula. We serve clients from South San Francisco, San Mateo, Los Altos, Redwood City, San Carlos, and Belmont.  

 

Clients come for the results and the energy boost they experience after each session. No one session is the same.  We monitor your progress and adapt your workouts accordingly.  We utilize a variety of strength training and pilates equipment depending on your preferences to ensure the best results. 

 

Equipment used: Cable Machine, Assault Bike, Rowing Machine, Free Weights, Pilates Reformers, Towers and Chairs, plus a Ladder Barrel, all by Balanced Body.

 

Flexible hours; available Evenings and Weekends.

Certifications and Specializations:

  • BA from Barnard College Columbia University, NY

  • Balanced Body University, Comprehensive Pilates Certification - Sacramento, CA

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist

  • Rehabbed clients in Physical Therapy offices.
